Dear Mr. Potter

Dear Mr. Potter is the creation of Lily Zalon, a Harry Potter super fan, who collected personal stories from kids around the world whose lives have been influenced by the Harry Potter saga. Originally a blog, Zalon wanted to create a book commemorating these stories and asked us to bring the concept to life. The result is Dear Mr. Potter: Letters of Love, Loss & Magic a compilation of these adoring messages within a scrapbook of wizard’s ephemera.

Compiled of hand-written letters, drawings, ticket stubs, and photographs of the contributors, each spread of the book is unique. Imagery of deckle-edged snapshots, quill pens, and English coins were added, as well as found typography and textures to contribute to this world of wizardry.
